I have a PST account, why am I being charged PST when I gave you my number?
The first time you order with your PST number we have to manually edit your order to remove the PST.  We then manually edit the account so it will not charge your PST in the future.  If you receive your order and we have not removed the PST, please e-mail us and let us know, we will give you a refund or if you have paid by cheque or e-mail money transfer we will give you a store credit that you can use on your next order.  If you do not create an account, you will have to put a note in the comment section of your order each time you order and we will remove the PST manually.

When I created my customer account, I chose to “Stay logged in” but when I return to the website I am not logged in.  Why have I been logged out?
Our shopping cart gives your computer a “cookie” so the shopping cart will recognize your computer when you return to our website.  If you clean out your cookies while deleting your “history” our shopping cart will not recognize your computer when you return to our website.   To avoid this, do not delete your cookies when doing maintenance on your computer.

I chose not to create an account, why does it ask me to log off after my order?
When checking out the shopping cart creates a temporary account for you while you are shopping. You may make another order before you log off but once you have logged off, you have to log on to make another order. 

I was told I have a store credit, but when I order I can’t see it, when will I get my store credit?
Your store credit will be credited to your order during the last page of your next order, before you confirm your order.  If you do not see your credit applied to your total, please contact us and we will ensure that your get your store credit.
