Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. We send all of our packages expedited parcel within Canada as this option is usually less expensive than regular post and includes insurance.  
In order to help reduce waste we use recycled boxes and packaging whenever possible.

Damage Claims
If a package is damaged on arrival, please report to Canada Post and call or e-mail us immediately. Let the Canada Post driver or office know if damage is apparent at time of delivery and make sure the driver makes a note of it on their copy of the paperwork.

Other Shipping Options
If you would like us to ship another way, please ask as we will be happy to send your items by whichever method you prefer. Be aware that you will pay for any costs incurred by alternate shipping methods, and if there is no way to insure your method of delivery we will not be responsible for shipment. You will have to make arrangements with the company directly.

We are willing to meet customers wanting to pick up lye or other items; however, there may be a 'discretionary' $5.00 fee for this service. Please be sure to call a few days ahead to ensure that we will have the time to assemble your order.

Sodium Hydroxide and Potassium Hydroxide:
Unfortunately the courier that we were using for shipping lye is no longer shipping dangerous goods. If you need to have lye shipped please call or email us and we will try to make alternate arrangements.

Returns
Returns must have an authorization number and items returned without authorization will not be refunded. 
We do not accept returns of fragrance or essential oils after delivery has been accepted.  A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items
